Billing questions
Is VAT added?
No VAT is charged — Mastermind Security Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered. If that changes, prices will be shown clearly as excluding VAT before you pay.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Professional and Team trials last 14 days and need no card. At the end you choose a plan, or the workspace moves to Free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Billing. Upgrades apply straight away; cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no contract: cancel anytime in your account, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Payments are not refunded for part-used periods, except where the law requires. Your projects are kept.
What if a payment fails?
You keep full access for 14 days while you update your card. After that the workspace becomes read-only (you can still open and export everything) until payment succeeds. After 44 days the subscription ends and the workspace moves to Free — nothing is deleted.

Who will invoice me?
Mastermind Security Solutions Ltd, the company that operates MSD. Invoices and receipts are available in Billing at any time.
