This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. You must not use MSD to:

• break the law, or plan or support surveillance that is unlawful, including covert monitoring of people without a lawful basis;
• design systems intended to facilitate harm, harassment or stalking, or to defeat security measures you are not authorised to test;
• upload material that infringes someone else’s rights, or personal data you have no right to process;
• upload malware, or attempt to probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission;
• access another customer’s data, share seats, or bypass plan limits, rate limits or access controls;
• overload the Service, or use automated means to create accounts or extract data;
• resell or provide the Service to others without our agreement.

Reporting

Report misuse or a security issue to support@mastermindsecuritydesign.com. Please give enough detail for us to investigate; good-faith security reports are welcome.

What we may do

We may remove content, suspend accounts or end access for breaches of this policy, acting proportionately and giving notice where we reasonably can.
